Keynote
The inaugural DPI Day framed digital public infrastructure — identity, payments, data exchange — as a shared public good. Amandeep Singh Gill walked through DPI stack examples (India, Estonia, Brazil, Kazakhstan) and stressed that safeguards must be integrated by design. Keynotes also came from Sigmund Freund and Vilas Dhar.
